For an artist, confidence comes first. Then what we need is continuous painting practise. Practise every chance you get. Make painting a part of our life. When my friends are shopping for clothes, I will just keep painting at home, and I know my choice is right.

I'm a fan of masters such as John William Godward, John William Waterhouse, Gustav Klimt, Alphonse Mucha. Later, I was greatly inspired by Ayami Kojima and Linda Bergkvist. The touching brush stroke and fascinating concept always stunned me.

Soon I will work as a member of art team in the Beijing Perfect World Network Technology Co., Ltd. This is very exciting for me because I will find new challenges. I'll work harder to be my best. I like painting posters and illustrations for games, and I also hope I can make more time for my own works.

Architecture Using Bruce Goff's original drawings as their chief resource, Skyline Ink Animation Studios have brought the architect's never-built-but-influential Crystal Chapel (Norman, Oklahoma, 1949) to life via cutting edge 3D rendering techniques. Seen here for the first time, this film will soon be shown at 'Bruce Goff: A Creative Mind' at the Fred Jones Jr Museum of Art, Norman, Oklahoma, from 9th October. Take a tour of the chapel.









 

Architectural Photography

Early architectural photographers include Roger Fenton, Francis Frith (Middle East and Britain), Samuel Bourne (India) and Albert Levy (United States and Europe). They paved the way for the modern speciality of architectural photography. Later architectural photography had practitioners such as Ezra Stoller, and Julius Shulman. Stoller worked mainly on the east coast of America, having graduated with a degree in architecture in the 1930s. Shulman, who was based on the West Coast, became an architectural photographer after some images that he had taken of one of Richard Neutra's houses in California made their way onto the architect's desk.

I was appointed PSA (Photographic Society of America) Region 27 Director for Eastern Europe. I serve the PSA membership region by directing the membership retention and acquisition efforts of the region.

I am interested in the PSA Distinctions: PPSA, EPSA, MPSA, and GMPSA and I will help all who already enjoy entering PSA-recognized International Exhibitions to now become a PSA member, earn PSA Star Ratings, and earn PSA Distinctions to recognize their photographic achievements.

I will encourage all photographers to take part in PSA Exhibitions because this is a real way to evaluate their own work. Some Polish photographers started to take part in PSA/FIAP exhibitions and they realized that there are many clubs in the world taking part. They also realized the benefits of this. Some exhibitions are available only for club members so we have decided to gather people who have already taken part in contests for club members. We publish our accepted or awarded photos in PSA Exhibitions on our website and I would like to invite you to visit and familiarize yourself with the Fotoferia Club and see the best pictures in the High Gallery.
